Dan Costa, CEO is responsible for the overall administrative services operation. Dan began his career in 1985 and has 30 years of extensive experience in all areas of Taft-Hartley Trust Fund administration including plan design, asset management, COBRA, HIPAA, Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance, cost containment program design and implementation. Dan holds a California Insurance License and is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP).
David Gordillo, President began his career in the Insurance Business in 1971 and has decades of employee benefit experience in both small and large group insurance, as well as experience specializing in Taft-Hartley Trust Funds for over 30 years. David is responsible for new business development and plan design solutions. David holds a California Insurance License and is a member of the IFEBP.
Victoria Gordillo, VP of Operations has over 35 years of experience in Corporate and Trust Fund accounting, billing and eligibility for Taft-Hartley Trust Funds. Since joining the firm in 1990, Victoria has been responsible for personnel and coordinating accounting procedures for all clients. Victoria is a member of the IFEP.
Mario Guerrero, Fund Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations, which include implementing directives from the various Taft-Hartley Trust Funds and other Benefit Programs. Mario has over 16 years of experience in health insurance and 3 years in Third Party Administration. Mario is bilingual (Spanish), holds a California Insurance License and is a member of the Southern California Association of Benefit Plan Administrators (SCABPA) and the IFEBP. |
